Under General Order 22-005, and consistent with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) recent guidance on masks, effective immediately masks are NOT required to be worn inside the Orrin G. Hatch Courthouse. If changes are made to the Community Levels for Utah, the court will inform the public of any updated masks requirements.
Currently, the court is reevaluating what safety protocols are required under the updated CDC guidance.
